The Mill Glen Clubhouse is a MEMBERS ONLY facility. Please email clubhouse@millglen.org to reserve your date and time. Two (2) separate checks for the Rental Fee and Deposit are due with submission of the Rental Agreement.

For the safety of your guests, with any pool rental it is required that lifeguards be on duty during your function. The number of guards required is dependent on the number of guests at your event. Parties with twelve (12) or more guests may require extra guards to be booked. Each lifeguard is $20 per hour with a minimum of $40 per event. The clubhouse manager will contact the pool manager to secure the guards. Pool Party During Normal Operating Hours Rental Fee is $5 for each non-member guest, plus lifeguard fees for parties with twelve (12) or more non-member guests. No deposit is required.
