MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

If you are new the neighborhood, welcome! Memberships are available to all persons living in the area as defined in the membership section of our by-laws. In addition, persons living outside of the resident membership area may apply for membership.

Dues/Fees:	Fee Amount
Non-Refundable Application Fee Due with Application	$100.00
Initiation Fee Due within 30 days of Invitation to Join	$150.00
Bond Due within 30 days of Initiation	$1350.00
Annual Dues Due within 30 days of Initiation or on January 1st of each year. Dues are prorated on a monthly basis for families joining mid-year.	$570.00
